Der Landsendi-Wanderweg beginnt an der Straße 917 vor dem Aufstieg zum Hellisheiði eystri und führt zur alten Fischereistation bei Keri und zum Landsendahorn. Vom äußeren Kap bietet sich ein außergewöhnlicher Blick auf Móvíkur, wo steile Klippen und farbenprächtiges Rhyolithgestein zum Meer hin abfallen.
