About Fuglabjarganes
Fuglabjarganes lies on the northern coast of Vopnafjörður and is protected for its diverse coastal landscape and birdlife. A roughly 6 km circular trail follows beaches, grassy ground and narrow sheep paths to the headland, where cliffs drop towards the sea.

Getting there and visiting
Access
The hike begins near Road 913. Visit Austurland recommends the trail particularly from April to October.
