Three winners will each receive lifetime access to Hello Aurora Pro. The prize is a digital account upgrade and has no cash alternative.
How long does the prize last?
The three winning Hello Aurora accounts will receive Pro access for the lifetime of the Hello Aurora service, subject to Hello Aurora’s applicable service terms.
Do I need to pay to enter?
No. Entry is completely free and no purchase is necessary.
How will winners receive the prize?
Icelandic Adventure will securely provide each winner’s entry email address to Hello Aurora solely so that the lifetime Pro upgrade can be activated.
When will winners be contacted?
The draw will take place after entries close on 6 September 2026. Winners will be contacted by email and should respond within seven days. If a winner does not respond, another valid entry may be selected.

Competition terms and conditions
- The promoter is Icelandic Adventure.
- The competition is open worldwide to people aged 18 or over, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by local law and excluding anyone directly involved in administering the promotion. Entrants are responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to enter in their country of residence.
- Entrants must have an existing Hello Aurora account at the time of entry and must enter using the same email address connected to that account. The promoter may disqualify an entry if the supplied email address cannot be matched to a valid Hello Aurora account.
- The competition opens on Sunday 30 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on Sunday 6 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
- To enter, participants must submit the competition form on this page and answer all required fields. Comments, follows, likes, shares and subscriptions do not constitute an entry.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, automated, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be removed.
- Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- Each winner will receive lifetime access to Hello Aurora Pro. The prize consists of a digital account upgrade, is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- For the purposes of this promotion, “lifetime access” means Pro access for the lifetime of the Hello Aurora service, subject to Hello Aurora’s applicable terms of service and continued operation of the service.
- Winners will be contacted using the email address supplied and must respond within seven days. If a winner does not respond within that period, the promoter may select a replacement winner.
- Winners’ email addresses will be shared with Hello Aurora solely for the purpose of activating the prize. Entry information will not be used for unrelated marketing unless the entrant gives separate, optional consent.
