FIRST-HAND ADVICE

Our practical tips

Allow at least two hours — there is much more here than the observation deck.

The ice cave remains below freezing, so use the supplied warm clothing if needed.

Do the observation deck when visibility is clear even if you explore the museum in poor weather.

The Áróra planetarium is useful for visitors who want to understand the northern lights before trying to see them outdoors.
