About Selskógur
Selskógur lies immediately east of Egilsstaðir across the Eyvindará river. A network of mostly easy paths runs through woodland and beside the river, with benches, barbecue areas, a playground and open grass. During suitable winter conditions a groomed and illuminated cross-country skiing route is prepared.
