About Stone Arch in Jafnadalur

The Stone Arch sits on the slopes of Álftafell above Jafnadalur. The route begins in Stöðvarfjörður and passes the enormous solitary rock Einbúi before climbing gradually towards the arch. The formation has been sculpted by erosion and provides an unusual destination with views back across the valley and fjord.
