About Arnarhóll
Arnarhóll rises between the historic centre and Reykjavík’s waterfront. At its summit stands a monument to Ingólfur Arnarson, traditionally recognised as Reykjavík’s first permanent Norse settler. The elevated position provides a useful perspective across Harpa, the harbour and central Reykjavík.
